It seems that this Christmas we have ended up with more chocolate in the house than we ever have before – even more than at Easter!
We love chocolatey food, but not so much eating square-after-square, block-after-block of plain old chocolate… so now the hunt is on for recipes to use all these delicious goodies and turn them into something spectacular!
First recipe on the list was Skinnymixer’s Christmas Brownie – after all, ’tis the season – and we were not disappointed!
The kids scoffed at the idea of cranberries, so we used some dark choc chips instead… after all, you can never have too much chocolate!
We’re taking these to a post-Christmas BBQ today and keeping them cool and fudgey in our Thermocube so they don’t turn into a sticky, gooey mess in the heat. Well, that’s the plan – but they might not last long enough to make it out of the house!
You can find the recipe on the Skinnymixer’s blog
And of course, if you want to keep your sweets, savouries, or anything else cold in this blistering heat, get yourself a Thermocube. Or two, or three….
